According to the CDC guidelines, patients with COVID-19 should wait until they are fully recovered and out of isolation to be vaccinated. After getting cured, get the vaccine sure to get infected between two doses – Many people get infected even after taking a single dose of vaccine. In such a situation, you should extend the date of your second dose for 3-4 weeks. However, you should definitely contact your doctor about this and follow their advice on dosage.
